I made 2 two of these. One for my son's 1st grade teacher and one for him. It was one of those cardboard books from the $1 bins at Michael's in the shape (of course!) an apple. I used "Grade School" paper from DCWV and the lettering was done with my trusty Cricut (Opposites Attract).
